About EaTCetra

This blog is a collection of all things food. It may contain recipes, restaurant reviews, food ideas, food quotes, food photos, food videos, or to sum it up in a word: EaTCetra.

Many posts will showcase some of our home cooking projects at home. Inspirations and ideas come from eating out, photos in the magazine, talking to others, and from learning each others styles through Iron Chef-style duels in the kitchen. Most home cooked dishes have no recipe – usually created by being creative with what we happen to have in the kitchen and purely by taste-testing.

We are not professional chefs nor do we work in the food/hospitality industry. Just a couple of average Joes with regular day jobs, but we share the passion to explore and experiment with cooking and cocktail mixology. Through EaTCetra, we will document our journey to the world of food and (most often alcoholic) beverages. Enjoy!
